"Good service. The vehicles provided are clean and new. The way to pick up and return the vehicle is also very easy. Only improvements need to be made regarding changing the vehicle booked, do not do it at the last minute because it will be inconvenient for the person booking. For example, I booked an Innova vehicle but when I picked up the vehicle I got was an X-Pander. The issue was in terms of space, especially for placing luggage. Finally, we had to be assisted with another vehicle, the X-Pander car has quite limited space for 6 passengers."
